So i got my original da7 in 2000. I just got another one 3 years ago. The guy said he used it like a handful of times and then put it away since ?95. I was stoked, i thought id get another 18 years out of this almost brand new da7. Well the fan is grinding the buttons dont always work and im panicking because i rely on this thing. I love the sound of it and, i dont know, i just know it and love it. But truth be told i can?t just keep getting da7?s hoping they?ll last so im thinking im gonna need to go another route.
My question is how would u describe the sound of the pres or what do the majority of people describe these pres as. I saw one person say they were extremely transparent, do u believe that to be true?
I use this board for pres, conversion and master section.
