Will,
I use the DmPro and the Dm5. The DmPro is great for triggering, and the drum sounds are very authentic. The only downside is that program changes aren't as immediate as the Dm5 or Dm4.

I have a Dm5. Use it as a midi module. I have used it to trigger recorded drums every now and then. If I have delay problems I move the track up instead of the orig back. One of the great things about DAWs. Haven't been able to trigger grace notes on the snare all that well which is a good thing. Makes me try and get the snare right when I record it instead of a bandage afterwords. Either way another product that's a great value. Silk.
