I was in the middle of an overdub session ( of course with a paying client!) when my DA7 mkII 2.5 hung and became unresponsive...I tried re-booting it and it powers up, but hangs on the boot screen, saying 'Ramsa DA7 mkII 2.5 ' ...
No lights appear on the board itself, but the meter bridge lights up with the 4 channel selectors , but that's all...no signal passes through it at all...
Anyone know any secret key combo boot sequences to try ? any help is appreciated..thanks henry

I finally found this advice...Do a reset by holding down Meter and Channel buttons on DA7 and turning it back on.
it worked and now i'm happily entering all the info i'd forgotten since 7 years ago when i first set it up!

This might be a good time to replace the onboard battery.

Maybe you already did that, but if you didn't, seven years is getting near the end point.

Don't believe the battery info that is reported by the DA7.

Please open it up and replace that thing.

MHO YMMV
