It's on its way here. I'm looking forward to reviewing it.

Yeah, when Trilogy died, I was hard pressed to find any upright bass VI that could compare.

Trillian is supposed to arrive here later today.
I've got a couple of projects that will be a good initial test of it.

I'm a huge Spectrasonics fan and am very happy that they kept the faith.

The acoustic bass is totally amazing! HERE

Just wish they'd do arco as well.

Got it today and it is excellent.

Long install, 5 DVDs.

Huge improvement over Trilogy. (but Trilogy sounded great too)

Well worth the dough.

Before Scarbee's basses and this I didn't think I'd get excited over a bass library.

I have to compare this ac bs to Larry Seyer's old bass for Giga, which is also still great.

You guys who have installed the new program. Can you still use Trilogy alongside Trillian? Or more to the point, if you can't does Trillian have the original Trilogy sounds in case you need to revisit a mix?

Trilogy doesn't work in Leopard or Snow Leopard on an Intel mac, so it has been off of my plate for a while.

Trilium does include all of the Trilogy sounds, so I think you could reconstruct any old patches.
My opinion is that you wouldn't want to because the new sounds are much more detailed and tweakable.

It seems like an HD version of Trilogy, with a million new features and sounds.

Sonically, it continues to amaze me.

My hat is off to Spectrasonics.

Thanks, JohnH. Good to know. Killing Trilogy was one of the main reasons I held of moving to Leopard.
