Howdy all,

Can the DA7 route 16-channels of Lightpipe inputs from its' ADAT cards to the mixer's Channel 1-16 and then out via the Channel Inserts? These would be used as analog direct outputs for summing from PT, no procesing or mixing within the DA7. I found lots of similar discussions, but nothing spot on with this config....

My rig's in boxes as I build-out the studio, otherwise I'd just try it!

First of all, you can not route any cards to channels 1-8
Second, the Insert jacks are in the analog path, right after the preamps, before the signal ever goes digital. They can not output anything from the mixer.
