I don’t have a DA7!!!!!

I’ve been researching it and came across this sight. I’ve been posting for about a year but mostly reading all the great smarty pants wise guys Create one of the greatest online communities of all times.

I now must have a DA7.

I have watch as deal after deal has gone by and because of financial stuff (bought a house, had a kid, you know financial stuff) I have not been able to buy a DA7.
I have around $700 and would like to be a proud owner a vintage MKII DA7 with Meter Bridge and ADAT cards.

Keep looking on eBay...

I have a MKI v2 with meter bridge. Cards include 2-AES, 1-ADDA, 1-TDIF and 1-SMPTE.

$700 will NOT make the deal. This DA7 has been sitting in one of our edit bays for two years not being used, but I won't give it away for $700!!

I'd rather keep it around using it for offline-post projects as opposed to giving it away at that price! I'd be glad to talk to you off-list, but be serious about what you ask for!!

Ok I am a dreamer, but I have seen the DA7 go for pretty low at times. I'm looking for someone who will at least talk to me about some numbers.

I know you all love the DA7 but don't get offended by a man talkin' business.

Let's try it another way:
I want one, name your price.

You might be able to get a DA7 for $700-900. But that'd probalby be without a meter bridge.

ADAT cards seem to be getting harder to find which will drive up their price.

Search WR-ADAT on here, there may be some links to sources for purchasing. I've posted a few whenever I see them become available.

zum nailed it, $700 will get you something stripped down or beat up. Save another $300 and you will have much better luck.

I paid little over $1200 for mine last year with meterbridge, 3 adat cards and a road case, all in excellent condition. Also remember that shipping ain't pretty on these, about $75 minimum. Mine was $120 for fedex ground, but that also included the road case which was cool as the seller just rolled it into fedex and thaey slapped a shipping label on it. I don't mean to bust your bubble, but to get one in nice shape with adat cards and a meterbridge is gonna push $1100, that is not for a MKII, add a couple of hundred to that and be prepared for a longer search. Be patient because it's a great mixer and worth what you pay for it.
