I'm afraid there isn't a section on fader replacement in the manual.
There is a circuit diagram for the Fader Driver board PCB. All the faders mount onto this board.
If you are having probelms with Channels 2 & 4 then I would suggest removing faders 1 & 2 (mark them first so you know which is which) then put fader 2 into channel 1 position and vice versa.
If channel 1 is now playing up but channel 2 is OK, you have a fader problem.
If Channel 1 is still OK and channel 2 is still faulty then you could have a driver IC problem.
The driver IC's for channels 2 & 4 are strangely enough IC 2 and IC 4. You could swap these for 1 & 2 again to prove them. (I can't tell from the manual if they are surface mount devices, which would be hard to remove/replace without speacial tooling)
Part Numbers for Driver IC = YWTA7291S
Part number for Motorised faders = EVANMAP01B14 or
EVANMEP01B14 (Two types listed although I can't see what the difference is)
Panasonic parts can be obtained from:
http://www.pasc.panasonic.com/epartr/ Feline Barf is acidic and may have damaged the PCB. That is the worst scenario I can think of.
Good luck
