fader 3 has stopped working altogether, this also acts as fader 19 etc.. I ve only had 6 months part time use out of it so im very worried. anyone got any help or suggestions about this. also sometimes the lcd screen shows the wrong eq settings for certain input channels. for instance i tweek eq on ch.13 win i skip back agin later to ch.13 a different eq screen appears. I sthis also maybe software corruption. Has anyone ever re installed system software. I may need to do this. I have ran diagnostics tests but everything seems ok. Please help. If you're losing settings, you should first check your battery level in the untilities section. Then try a hard reset of your desk but note that you will lose your saved libraries and setups etc. if they're not backed up.

If you have a computer, reinstalling/upgrading the software is not difficult. Many of us have done this and the software is available right here on this board.--Dan
