You know that song "Little China Girl", after he say's "Oh baby, just you shut your mouth" then goes "ssshhhhhhhhhhh" with that effect on it? Any idea what effect that is?

What i'm after is the exact box that was used for that effect, any idea?

it sounds like chorus/flange - right around the edge between the two - maybe even both. I don't know the exact box used , but I'd almost bet it's either Eventide or Lexicon. I think that recording was made at the Hit Factory or Power Staion. Maybe you could find out with a web search.
