Just received my used DA7. When I turn it on the the faders jump around and the screen shows the mmc box flashing in the lower righthand corner. After a minute a message on the screen says(framing error/midi to pc/rs485) and chanel 1 Solo, Flip, and Select led's come on as well as the fader automation led is orange and the Hi and Hi mid EQ buttons (red). When I try to hard reset it just ignores the buttons pressed. Any one have any suggestions?

disconnect any MIDI or serial cables and follow the Master Reset instructions in the User Guide.
