Are these the same card??? and if not is there a PCI card for use with the WR-ADAT????

Yes, and either will work with PCI cards that support the 8-channel ADAT lightpipe format at 44.1-48kHz-24-bits.

Make sure your ADAT cards work at both sample rates some of the early ADAT cards were reported to be defective.
