Seems like a reset would dump the password. But if that doesn't work, if you're adventurous, might try popping the top and pulling the battery out for a few.
Thanks Brent. When I got it I did a full reset. Neither password window is populated now, but one window is asking for the existing password to create a new one. I don't care about having a password but don't want to be denied or locked out of any features.
