Cool, I have not been able to log in here for a few days now.

Ok, so I lasted 1 week as a vegan. I felt better in a not so sure way but on sunday, I was so mentally out of it. Spaced out. It was so bad that I ate some beef, salmon and chicken. The next day I started to feel more normal, and today even better.

I do think I was eating more meat (including fish) than I needed (should). For some reason, during the "test" of not eating meat, my digestive system kicked into high gear. Why I don't know.

One other topic I need to learn more about is distilled water. I distill filtered water (culligan) city water. I drink up to a gallon a day, to make up for dehydration from light beer.
